1. General Terms and Eligibility
By accessing the bdoak platform, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to fully accept these terms and conditions. This document serves as a legal agreement applicable between bdoak and the user.
These terms apply to individuals residing in Bangladesh who voluntarily wish to use this platform. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

These terms and conditions apply to the bdoak website, mobile version, and all services on the platform. This includes:

2. Account Registration and Management

2.3 Account Security
The user is required to immediately notify the bdoak support team of any unauthorized access to their account. The user remains responsible for all activity on their account unless they have informed support of fraud in a timely manner.
3. Age Verification and Eligibility Criteria
The minimum age to use the bdoak platform is 21. Only individuals aged 21 or above may create an account and participate in gaming activities on this site.
- Age verification may be carried out at the time of account creation.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor or depositing funds for a minor is prohibited.
- If false information is provided about age, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds into bdoak: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.
- Deposited funds must be sent only from the user's own mobile banking account.
- Deposits from third-party accounts or accounts registered in another person's name are strictly prohibited.
- The deposited amount should be added to the balance immediately; if there is any issue, please contact support.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. At the time of withdrawal:
- Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements on the account have not been met.

4.3 Transaction Errors
bdoak reserves the right to correct any funds incorrectly deposited due to a technical error. The user is required to notify support immediately upon becoming aware of an incorrect transaction.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
bdoak offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Winnings earned from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- After claiming a bonus, the requirements must be met within a specified time period.
- Bets on certain games may not count toward wagering requirements.
- bdoak reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if it sees fit.
- Another bonus cannot be claimed while one bonus offer is active, unless specifically permitted.
5.3 Promotional Abuse
If bonus advantages are abused through multiple accounts or any strategic betting method, bdoak reserves the right to forfeit the associated accounts and deposited funds.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Placement Rules
When betting on bdoak, users must follow the rules applicable to the relevant game. Once confirmed, a bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
- In sports betting, results will be determined according to announcements by the relevant governing body.
- If a bet is affected by a technical error, bdoak's decision will be considered final.
- If an event is abandoned or cancelled, the original bet amount will be refunded.
6.2 Live Casino Games
Games from world-class providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are available in bdoak's live casino section. If a technical issue occurs during a live game, the affected round may be declared void and the bet amount will be refunded.
6.3 Slots and Other Games

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdoak platform and may result in permanent account closure:
